AMAZING-EMOTION offers a period of 15 days for the return of a product/item from the date of receipt of the same, provided that the product has been damaged or is incorrect, according to the following premises:
Damaged item: If the item you receive is damaged, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, provided that the type of damage is expressly indicated on the transport delivery note and photographs are sent showing the type of damage that has occurred either on the packaging or on the product. For this purpose, it will be necessary to send a copy of the delivery note with the express annotation of the damage, as well as the photographs in digital file to the e-mail admin@Amazing-Emotion.com.
Incorrect item: If the item is incorrect, i.e. the item received by the customer does not correspond to the item requested in the Order, it can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided that the customer proves the reason for the incorrectness and provides the corresponding order documentation for verification of the data by AMAZING-EMOTION.
The website www.amazing-emotion.com offers the customer a product sheet to avoid errors in the choice of the product, which is why the article will only be returned in the event that the error is generated by the management or administration by AMAZING-EMOTION.
If the returned item is not damaged or incorrect, AMAZING-EMOTION will not refund neither the amount of the product, nor the shipping costs, nor the packaging used for shipping.
How to return a product?
